At the end of the renovation of his house, Florian started a brewing activity on weekends using a pressure cooker.
One year later, with promising results, he decided to invest even more in this vast universe that is beer.
He then set up a laboratory in his basement to develop 4 unique beer recipes from French raw materials (Blonde, Amber, French IPA and White with Rose).
After 3 years of research and development, the brewery was created and installed in Villeneuve St-Germain (02) and it is here that he developed 2 other recipes (Ceresia and Triple).
In less than 6 months, the brewery received a gold medal for its Ambrée at the La Capelle Cheese Fair and a diploma of honor for its Blanche à la Rose, then at the Fête du Haricot in Soissons its Triple received the Coup de C?ur des Chefs.
