  • "La Cuisine Ouverte" is a unique project in the Aisne region, run by Apei de Soissons, an association that has been caring for and supporting people with mental disabilities for over 60 years.

    The restaurant is located on the banks of the river Aisne, a very pleasant setting.

    The dishes are generously prepared and served by a team of youngsters from the Institut Médico-Éducatif (IME), supervised by a chef.

    The menu changes weekly according to the season.
