Living room with equipped kitchen area (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, table-top fridge with freezer, microwave, extractor hood, bar table with stools) opening onto the living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs and 60 cm TV, desk and chair. Wifi (fiber speed). Small room of 5 m² (Carrez law) with a 140x190cm bed. Shower room of 3 m² with 80x80cm shower cubicle, a sink, a WC and a washing machine. Private 10 m² terrace and 500 m² garden shared by the owner, with outdoor SPA (available from the beginning of April to the end of October, 10€/hour/person). Charcoal barbecue or gas plancha available. All-inclusive accommodation (sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and energy charges included in the rental price).
