"I wanted to make a different kind of beer"... the bet is successful for Jean-Louis Lach who welcomes the public every weekend to discover in Nanteuil-la-Fosse his micro-brewery "Le Houblon gourmand", his hop farm and his garden, and especially his excellent cervoise named Karadoc... The production remains on a human scale, about 300 liters per month. Two cereals and a refermentation in the bottle give all their character to the brown and amber beers; the latter vary according to the harvest...

Two cereals and a refermentation in the bottle give all their character to the brown and amber beers; the latter vary according to the harvest in the nearby garden and the brewer's inspiration: elderflower, various spices, blackcurrant... in the heart of the garden, Jean-Louis Lach can be inexhaustible (to our great delight!) on fruits or herbs that he incorporates in different brews according to his inspiration.
