  • In the village of Montigny, on the hillside, in the place called La Grenouillère, red gold grows. It is there that Céline decided, in 2019, to launch her saffron production. Cultivated without chemicals, the small crocus flowers enjoy a beautiful sunshine during the summer before being harvested in early October. Did you know that saffron is reputed to bring cheerfulness and wisdom? You can buy Safran de la Grenouillère directly from the farm shop from Tuesday to Saturday from 14h to 17h.
