Le Safran de Retz

On the outskirts of the tall forests of the Retz forest, in a land where it was least expected, grows a surprising little flower with an exotic fragrance: the crocus.

At its heart are little glowing filaments with an Oriental flavor. Harvested in October, they can be enjoyed in both sweet and savory dishes. Visits by appointment.
