Born more than a hundred years ago in Brussels, the "Friture Léon" is a small estaminet dedicated to mussels and typical Belgian dishes. Very quickly, its speciality made its reputation far beyond the borders. A century later, in 1989, the first "Léon" restaurant opened its doors in Paris, dedicated, as it should be, to these famous traditional dishes..
