  • Located in the heart of the Aisne Valley region, this 36,400 m² French Great War necropolis, built in 1923, is the largest in Picardy.


    It contains 10,601 bodies, including 3,076 in ossuaries, from military cemeteries south-west of Soissons. It also contains the graves of a Russian soldier, a Dane and seventy-six French civilian victims.


    Free access.
    The necropolis is located on the RN31 near the Pontarcher crossroads on the Soissons Compiègne route
