A pumpkin, a squash, cabbages? here, the pastels of artist Zaü, hung on the wall, recall the dance of the seasons and will echo on your plates. Christiane and Jean-Claude are passionate about cooking with seasonal produce. They have designed a generous, simple culinary experience where everything is homemade. Each has his own specialty: soups and detox menus for Christiane, and simmered dishes for Jean-Claude.
In spring, your taste buds will be enchanted by light, colorful creations that celebrate nature's renewal. From June onwards, explore summer flavors with refreshing dishes featuring juicy fruits and sun-kissed vegetables. As the leaves begin to fall, share a heart-warming taste experience over a hot soup. And when winter sets in, enjoy comfort food with steaming stews. On Fridays and Saturdays, homemade couscous completes the menu for a convivial moment.
