The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round to 29° C, partly thanks to solar panels. In the summer we open the large bay windows like an outdoor swimming pool. Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory (no shorts or boxers)
The Finnish sauna: the benefits of dry heat that invigorates and relaxes. Regular use of the sauna purifies the body. The intense heat stimulates circulation and accelerates the elimination of toxins
The hammam: the benefits of steam revitalizes the body, relaxes and deep cleanses the skin
The spa: the bubble bath for the body. The air/water jet massage relaxes the muscles, relieves heavy legs.
