  • In the village of Montigny, on a hillside in a place called La Grenouillère, red gold grows. This is where Céline decided to launch her saffron production in 2019.
    Grown without the use of chemicals, the little crocus flowers benefit from plenty of sunshine in summer, before being harvested in early October.
    Did you know that saffron is reputed to bring cheerfulness and wisdom?
    You can buy Safran de la Grenouillère directly from the farm store, Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm to 6pm.
